Happy Father's day to all the fathers out there. This is a picture of my father, and it seems to capture who he is very well. He has been a huge influence in me over the course of my life, probably more than he knows. I feel so lucky to have a father who has been so loving and supportive throughout my life, especially after seeing so many friends go through so many problems with their fathers. In a world that is increasingly dangerous and confusing children need fathers they can look up to. I'm so glad that I have a father like that. He always put his children first, often working long hours, even on holidays (like today even, it's supposed to be his day and he's out working for his family) to help us to have the things we needed. All his time at home he devotes to his family. I hope someday when I am a father I can live up to his example. Thanks Dad, I love you.
Also a happy fathers day to my brothers Josh and Tory (the ones on the ends) and to all the other fathers out there! Whatever other position you hold or work you do, father is the most special and important.
