It has been a very eventful weekend. First off I finally got this piece done, I've been working on it on and off for a couple of weeks now. I'm pretty pleased with how it turned out. If a drawing is the closest my wife will be able to get to having a duck, I guess this is the closest I'll get to having a Harley. We went to Ogden this weekend and got some more cool pictures of classic cars and planes too so that will get some new material to get the creative juices going.
On the way home the clutch gave out on my car. It was funny because I was thinking "crap one more bad thing." But then my wife said, "Wow it's good that it gave out like a mile from home instead of when we were just leaving." Since Ogden is an hour and a half away from where we live that would have been interesting. It made me realize that how we look at the things that happen to us really changes our attitude about life. We can see the bad or the good in any situation. I guess I need to start finding more of the good things.
